I've been to other Capital Grille locations; decided to try this one. Visited on a Saturday evening. Ordered wedge salad and clam chowder as an appetizer. Both were good and consistent with food I've ordered at other locations. Dinner was tenderloin with lobster and seared tuna. Both were cooked well. Potatoes au gratin were quite good. The clam chowder delicious! The prime rib cooked to perfection and delicious at every bite. Loved the grapefruit soda too. The star of the show was the truffle fries. I am spoiled. Thank you for an amazing culinary experience.
Treat yourself and go here. It is a truly fine dining experience and never disappoints. As soon as you arrive it is apparent they know how to make guests welcome and delighted with their experience. Every detail from the bread basket with a variety of choices, to the elegantly salted butter is perfect.
