“We had an absolutely exceptional dining experience at The Capital Grille! It is a highly popular destination, so making reservations is highly recommended to secure a table.
While the restaurant is traditionally known for its classic steakhouse fare, they are incredibly accommodating and respectful of plant-based diets. The kitchen went above and beyond, kindly modifying dishes to create excellent vegetarian and vegan options, ensuring everything was prepared seamlessly without bacon or meat products.
For dessert, the flourless chocolate cake served with rich vanilla ice cream was an absolute masterpiece rich, decadent, and the perfect finale to the meal. A very special thanks to our server, Samantha, whose warmth, impeccable hospitality, and attention to detail made our evening truly memorable.“

“Was there Monday night for dinner and it was amazing from the bread service to the apps drinks dinner and dessert got the bone in ny sirloin cooked to perfection and my friend got the short rib pasta special minus the short rib bc she is a Vegetarian they wete more than happy to accommodate and her food was equally as delicious!!“

“Evergreens is the main dining experience at the Simsbury Inn. Many Wedding go on simultaneously and rea held by reservations way in advance. The dining quite is very fine. Fine dining is very expensive for most. Evergreens is elegant and vey well sought after.“

“It was a culinary delight. I had the crispy duck leg. It was so tender on the inside. It was plated on passion fruit juice and seeds, and garnished with crispy rind of orange. It was such a joy to eat.“
