Visited on invitation to a surprise proposal. The experience felt like a hidden gem / James Bond vibe to it with the valet parking - private room - front desk operator who locks in the elevator to send you up to the restaurant which has soft lighting in all table areas, a bar, the chefs den, and a view of downtown Hartford and great background music. Service was generally ok from all but 1 staff member who decided to ask whether my new brother-in-law was using his Stop & Shop...read full review
