This place is horrible. My drink was made incorrectly, and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The girl at the cash register had an attitude the entire time and kept rolling her eyes. On top of that, I had to wait a long time, only for my drink to still be wrong. Very disappointing experience.
Have you ever opened the lid to your coffee before, well you might want to start doing so considering what I found inside of mine. I bought a coffee as I usually do, but when I opened the lid to the coffee there was a fly inside of it. When I returned to the starbucks to show them what had happened, not only did the employees not apologize but also showed a complete lack of politeness and kindness.
