Our server was Shane. Totally awesome person. Very engaging, very helpful, always checking to make sure we were comfortable and happy. It was our first time visiting the restaurant and we will be back.
We just had our brunch at The Republic! The food and the service was awesome!! Love the waffles!!
This is a great place to go meet friends for lunch, the food is delicious and fresh!
It’s a wonderful gem hidden inside a bigger gem (the museum). Food is surprisingly delicious! Service is great. The hurrays salad, express lunch menu and the turkey club were perfect!.
Was served a cold cup of coffee. Asked for a fresh cup and served another cold cup of coffee...
The Untitled is a good restaurant, as well as a pleasant place to rest your feet after a long museum visit--and a nice place to get a drink as well. All in all, a nice addition to an excellent museum.
(Translated by Google) Good for lunch.(Original)Bien pour le repas du midi.
nice selection for lunch; the salmon salad I had was tasty
We were spending several hours at the Wadsworth, and were just expecting a cafeteria-style restaurant to get a quick cup of tea. However, this restaurant looked so inviting that we had lunch and a glass of wine to fortify us to continue exploring the art. Delicious food and extra-friendly service.
While this restaurant may not be a "destination restaurant," the food is delicious and ample. Just about anyone will find something they like on the menu, and the food is nicely prepared and tasty. Although there are other restaurants within a few blocks of the Wadsworth Atheneum, if you don't want to spend time away from the museum walking around town or you're just too tired, this bistro is a great alternative. The servers were very attentive and helpful with info about the menu. The music was just a tad louder than I would have liked, but it's the only complaint I have. I recommend including the bistro in your museum visit for lunch or a pick-me-up.

Untitled Bistro offers a decent variety of very good food at reasonable prices. The setting is pleasant, and the service-sit down service-is friendly and quick.
We were visiting the Wadsworth Atheneum for the first time and decided to try the in-house bistro. The menu consists of a soup option and limited salads and hot sandwiches. We had sandwiches. While they were good, they were not in any way memorable. Portions are large. The decor is imaginative and appropriate, featuring empty picture frames.
Seriously one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. All of the food was amazing, excellent service and the manager was great too. Highly recommend.
