Wendy's in Hartford

“Today July 21 2025 I was waiting for someone to answer on the drive thru,then I decided to say hello,the one that was taking the orders answer back with a attitude and I said, give me a minute,I said give me a minute, then she said he'll no. So I drive to the window and ask why they been so rude, I come here all the time and they always nice, so apparently I have to go to another place for now on,guess they don't want to work.“

“I stopped at this Wendy’s mid afternoon to grab some late lunch and to take advantage of the 2 for $7.00 deal.
I had the Dave’s Single Cheeseburger and the 10 piece Nuggies. It seems my burger had an extra slice of cheese for whatever reason…
I was surprised at how big the line was, especially at that time of the day.
I think it is because the food at this location is so good.
The staff/workers were very busy, so I could understand why they weren’t the most friendly.
The area doesn’t seem too good, perhaps a little sketchy.
Overall, I’m happy with my decision to stop here…“
