Disgusting. Messed up our pickup order by not including an item. Called to let them know once we got home and was told we had to come all the way back 45 minutes for them to refund the item. The food that was included was DISGUSTING. wings were old and had white spots on them. Threw the whole $50 order in the garbage

The brand is dope but this location clearly has some major issues with basic customer service. This place deserves zero stars, horrible! They never answer their phones, they make the wrong orders, food is cold and the location is disgusting. As a mandatory reporter I will need to call department of public health, maybe the staff will start taking down time and closing time to clean appropriately. Lazy workers should just all get fired, clearly they don’t take they’re jobs seriously providing good customer service.
This was the worst food experience I've ever had. My boyfriend and a couple of friends ordered a simple 10 piece combo meal each, and we had to wait over 30 minutes to get the food. When we finally got it, most of the chicken wings were so tiny and 2 of my wings were legit just fried bones. For some reason they also added sugar to the fries instead of salt, and overall the meal was completely unseasoned and flavorless if you didn't drench the food in the one little cup of ranch they give you. The workers also constantly kept walking around on their phones and going out for smoke breaks. Pretty much every customer in the store had to wait over 30 minutes for food as they seemed to be prioritizing doordashers over in-person customers. Don't come here unless you're looking to waste some money!!!

I took pictures but don't see how to upload here.. I selected well done all flats... all flats were given with a nice amount of seasoning BARELY done.. I was very afraid to bite all the way because it was wet inside. I also ordered fries with no seasoning and you guessed it.. heavily seasoned. I hate wasting food but had to let someone digging through trash give it a go. A first and I know Diffent wingstops have different quality. I will not do Hartford again. New Haven on Whalley is the best one I've been to after Vernon. I didn't like the Berlin take either but this was even worse than that one.

Absolutely the worst wing stop I've ever been too. Part of my order was missing, the other part was wrong. I ordered boneless Buffalo wings and what I received was boneless wings floating in grease, it was literally inedible. The paper bag was ripped and soaked through with grease, from the wing container leaking so much.

Bro y'all fries always cold… staff so unprofessional that they got me waiting at the register while taking my order, got a phone call, left me mid-speech and came back 5 minutes later.. food was okay but was kinda cold, like absolutely outrageous even I could do a better job and this is coming from a 14 year old( the manager needs to get better ppl who actually want to work and actually have manners)
