First and last time I will get food there. Chicken tenders were good but the fries were sooo salty it was ridiculous. Think of an unscrewed salt shaker and all that salt got dumped on your fries. It was awful.

Why are your employees out front smoking weed with teen kids under the age of 18. Worse place to eat. The employee girl with pink streak and brownish red hair named faith is out side smoking while the poor employee inside os making my order right now alone. Please rethink of who u hire. I don't want to get dinner after working at flemings steakhouse and your employees are out smoking weed. Faith threatened me when I asked for a manger to fight me. Hennessy who tolk my order is very rude. Not to mention hartford health inspectors look at all the food on the floor!!!!!!!!! Do better !!!!!!

I don’t do any reviews till I don’t see something so I order thru uber eats and went there to pick up my food after almost 40 mintues couse I thought maybe they got busy and let them give some time so when I went there I ask the lady for my food and she said two more minutes I went to my car and sit down for 10 mintues went back to shop and I see that she still didn’t pack my order and giving food to another people who come after me and I simply ask her why is that she was yelling on me and saying that ur order will take some more time couse she have some order I told her that isn’t my problem and she said to another lady to give him food couse I don’t wanna see him here this is kinda bullshit I don’t know who’s owner of this place they better to watch what’s going on

Went in around 5:15pm on 9/17/25 to pick up an uber eats delivery. 2 employees took down the name of the order I was waiting on, it wasn’t ready. They then proceeded to not inform me when it was ready, so the food sat cold on the shelf while the employees talked about smoking weed all day.

The wings are great and the team is quick efficient and courteous. One of the only places in the area that is open late and still maintains good quality food. Ive already made two trips and I will definitely be back. Couple recommendations for you guys out there would be the open pit sauce and the buffalo parmesan. Cant forget their loaded fries and street corn either.

This Wingstop has never given me an order that wasn’t missing half of the items I ordered. You have to wait over an hour for your food just for it be missing most of your order. EVERY TIME.

Did an Uber order: the boneless Parmesan chicken deal with fries and a chicken sandwich. They forgot my fries and the chicken sandwich was just a patty between the bread (I did opt out of the dressing on it, but there was supposed to be pickles on it which there was not). The containers and bag was covered in grease, and the sandwich fell out of the container when I picked it up due to the grease and the poor packaging. Ended up getting food poisoning from the half sandwich and the 5 boneless wings I ate before throwing the rest out. Still working with Uber to get a refund because $40 not including tip was absolutely unacceptable for such a disgusting meal in that condition. I haven't eaten Wingstop in years, but I remembered it being much, much better than this. Do not order here. I don't know what they are doing but it is disgusting and a hazard.
