Did an Uber order: the boneless Parmesan chicken deal with fries and a chicken sandwich. They forgot my fries and the chicken sandwich was just a patty between the bread (I did opt out of the dressing on it, but there was supposed to be pickles on it which there was not). The containers and bag was covered in grease, and the sandwich fell out of the container when I picked it up due to the grease and the poor packaging. Ended up getting food poisoning from the half sandwich and the 5 boneless wings I ate before throwing the rest out. Still working with Uber to get a refund because $40 not including tip was absolutely unacceptable for such a disgusting meal in that condition. I haven't eaten Wingstop in years, but I remembered it being much, much better than this. Do not order here. I don't know what they are doing but it is disgusting and a hazard.

the males of the crew are always professional and kind to customers today I called in to adjust how I want my chicken cooked there’s this female playing on the phone and u can hear her picking up and slamming the phone back down it’s always a nasty attitude ruining a business and this location has consistent issue frying wings crunchy nobody wants soft sauced wings !

Tried for the 1st time. Wings were good: lemon pepper, BBQ, and mango habenero. Fried corn on cob is different and tasted ok. Would definitely want more of that seasoning on them. They different had sol many orders that night we went but those women busted their hump to get those orders out. We paid for the family meal of 30wings

Ordered food and was told a 30-minute wait. I arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time. I waited at the restaurant for 40 minutes waiting for my food. More than one other person waiting for their order.
Food is fine if you can tolerate horrible service and extreme wait times. Staff will not engage with you. Don’t bother ordering online. You won’t get it any faster.

Went there on a late night. Location is not in the best of the area the cooks in the back worked pretty well but the cashier seemed pretty lazy but all in all he's working so I respect that. He wasn't rude but also not that great when it comes to customer service. The food was good as any other wingstop I've visited. Also no drink was in the drink dispenser only diet or zero sugar.

Disgusting. Messed up our pickup order by not including an item. Called to let them know once we got home and was told we had to come all the way back 45 minutes for them to refund the item. The food that was included was DISGUSTING. wings were old and had white spots on them. Threw the whole $50 order in the garbage
