We had a delicious meal. My waffles were some of the best I have ever eaten. My son’s BBQ seitan carrots and twice cooked rice was so tasty. It is a little hard to find but so worth it.

Forgot to take a picture because I was starving. You have to walk into a building to get to the food but it's the first door on your right.

Food: tofu scramble was delicious. Nicely flavored and a good serving of veggies in there.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I got cheated on my crispy home fries. When I arrived he was still cooking my meal. I saw him package up the tofu so I asked about the home fries. He says you need to order them separately. I said that's not what doordash says. Says it comes with.
I ultimately walked away without because he said they would take another 10 minutes to cook and I had to get to my next appt..
I get to my car, check BOTH door dash and his direct website which both say they come with home fries. So that was quite disappointing.
2 weeks later and it still says it comes with so we will see what he says next time.
Fun fact: he also does monthly cooking vegan classes
