Pedro and Amy are wonderful people who go out of their way to suggest menu choices. This is now my Thursday place to eat between my two drum circle events. “This ice cream shop is located in the Petal and Paws building on the corner of Cherry Brook Rd. and Route 44. They offer homemade micro batch ice cream. They had so many flavors to choose from; classics such as chocolate and vanilla to unique flavors such as Guinness, Kaluha, Jamaican rum, and chai. There were outdoor seating available and plenty of parking. Ingredients were from local farms and varies with the season; from blueberry to pumpkin ice cream. They have quarts of ice cream, ice cream cake, shakes, cones, and cups. They also have their own hot fudge sauce, ice cream sandwiches, and doggy ice cream. Other options include vegan ice cream, iced coffee, and ice cream floats. They also had hot dogs.

The service was good and it was lovely sitting outside enjoying our treats. I ordered the snickerdoodle ice cream on a waffle cone and it was huge and delicious. I look forward to trying out their other flavor offerings!“

“Oh my god. The food is so good. The parking is horrible however the food more than makes up for it. We had trouble getting here since they opened but finally could and I'm so mad we waited to come here so long. Being vegetarian it's hard to find good food that isn't boring. Problem forever solved here. Husband and I both got the vegetable Pad See Ew. It's amazing. I couldn't stop eating it and pretty much inhaled the food it's that good. The portions are generous and even with as much as I ate I slowed down and had to bring some home. As for the restaurant itself, at the time we went it's very sensory friendly for autistic people like me. The music is nice and muted. The colors are dark and comfortable. The chairs are comfy. The lighting it dim and warm. No real sounds from the kitchen. Of course we went and were the only people there because we eat early, but it was perfect for me and for us in general. Definitely will be back. So many good things to try!“

After accidentally liking the Facebook page for this restaurant rather than a similarly named one in my town, I’ve spent the last few months looking at the posts and thinking I have to visit this place. The opportunity came to bring someone special there for his birthday and it was just amazing. Having eaten probably thousands of meals in restaurants I can tell you that I met the best server ever - Suzy. She was attentive without being intrusive, personable without being over the top and she has an amazing sense of humor. The food was outstanding as well which rounded out a perfect evening! We’re already planning another visit up when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the patio and live music!!“

“My first visit here and definitely not my last. My friend had heard great things about the restaurant and suggested we try lunch there. The food was very good. My friend had the farmers market salad which she added tuna salad to. I had the Apple harvest chicken salad. I did ask for a spinach wrap and I’m 99.9% sure it was on a wheat wrap (simply because it was not green 😉). I didn’t mention the error to them because it looked good and it really was so I didn’t want it to go to waste. Otherwise, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, the interior was nicely, decorated and clean, and the prices were reasonable.“

“ordered from ollies for the first time last week. theyre new on slice! placed my order, and everything I put in the "special request" spot, was not done, I called them, they were SOOOOOO friendly and explained that it was a new system, and it was written very small, they made my food correct, and none of them could've been any more apologetic! I felt bad, since they had to bring it all the way back to Torrington. Again the person that delivered was apologetic, and they gave me a free desert. I cant tell you enough how friendly these guys ALL are, we even ordered from them again tonight. the food is sooo good, on top of good service, you can't go wrong...everyone needs to try them, you won't be disappointed! “This Panera bread establishment was the best I've been in. Staff was so helpful and friendly not like some other ones I won't mention near me. If you're looking for a good panini sandwich steak, chicken, or whatever their rolls are soft and their meats are fresh. And their daily soup is downright tasty you can even get it in a bread bowl which is pretty awesome.“
