“It's a dunkin donuts - crappy food, stale donuts always, too sugary of drinks - except the coffee depending on how you get yours. But I wanted to leave a review for this specific location because of their coffee! I'm not sure what this location does differently then the others in town (mind you there is one around the corner at the entrance of the killingly commons). But this locations coffee is amazing! I will not stop at any other location for an iced coffee. If I don't have time to stop at this one because the drive thru line is too long, etc. then I go without for the day! It's just that good compared to all the others I pass on my way to work.“

“I thoroughly enjoy going to this location. Coffee is far better than Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff are always friendly and kind. The donuts and the bagels are freshly made and you can taste the difference compared to the other coffee shops in the area.“

“Hubbie and I stopped for a quick breakfast after a 1800 mile trip We were hungry and tired. This Mobil station has a subway and Dunkin’ Donuts inside and we decided on Dunkin’. The coffee is so amazing. We were greeted by Jefferson who took our order and prepared our coffee ☕️. So cordial he is. He prepared our food to perfection. Upon leaving of course I dropped my coffee feeling awful and angry I went inside and ordered another cup. Jefferson remembering me ask me what happened bc he just served me. I was hesitant to admit how clumsy I was but I did. We laughed it off in good humor and Jefferson says,” It’s ok I’ll make you another.” And he did immediately. With no charge. Thanks Jefferson for your peoples’ empathy and desire to work in an area tht can sometimes be difficult. I salute you. Awesome ? customer service. #JEFFERSONDESERVESARAISE“

“Damian is the best!!! He has been giving me my coffees for a few years now and he always comes through for me!!! Very professional and the best service I have ever received from a Dunkin!!! EDIT: My dedicated worker Damian no longer works there but Ashley and Kaya both have taken up the hammer and really keep this place above the rest of the Dunkins. Nice work girls!!!“
