It's always only this panera. The grilled cheese halves are tiny and undercooked. The tomato soup is too chunky and more a cup of marinara sauce than tomato soup. I don't have thus problem at any panera but this one. Groton is good always. This one used to be ok idk what happened. Maybe the other food is good because it's always busy
I just wanna say I came in recently and although you guys were super backed up and I did have to wait longer than expected, you all were excellent and so sweet! ❤️ As some customers were beginning to become frustrated, who I presume to be your manager was so attentive and tried her best to fix issues immediately. Cashier was very accommodating with suggestions towards our hankering. She even asked for and then applied our panera card discounts. Winning! We saved $ on our lunch. Tomatoe soup was not disappointing.
