David provided a thorough explanation of the historyand process of the distillery. The tour was interesting and we found ourselves rooting for the continued success of the business and its value to the community. We sampled 6 bourbons and products and they all were of high quality! Great job, thank you David and staff.
Excellent tour, very informative and thoughtful explanation by Jack, one of the partners. Also enjoyed the tastings, they have a variety of high quality products and cute gifts. The bourbon maple is also amazing!

David & Paula are salt of the earth, absolutely wonderful people and a pleasure to deal with. The Distillery is a 1st class, top-notch facility, arguably the best in the Northeast!
