We had a group and after we had been there a while one person bought a soda. When we went to leave one of the workers asked him to pay for it even though he already had. She just said “I didn’t ring him out.” He pulled up his receipt on his phone and showed her but she still didn’t believe him and wanted him to pay again. Then the other worker came over and verified that he had already paid. She never apologized for accusing him of stealing.

The first picture was the inspiration photo. The second and third are what I received. Through email I was told that they could replicate something like the inspo photo, but the final product did not meet that expectation. While a discount was offered and appreciated, the cake was also a different flavor and size than requested. The cake had a good flavor, but was dry and did not have enough filling. It was a little disappointing to receive a cake of this quality when I was ensured my request was easily doable, especially considering that this cake was ordered weeks in advance.

My friend had asked me to make her birthday cake and agreed to do so last minute. That would not be a problem except she needed all vegan and I had never made one before. I decided to call the bakery and they made her cake exactly as I had asked and none of us could tell the difference. The staff were kind, friendly and very understanding with what we requested. I love going to Love Heart's! It's a small business that feels like a family. They put a lot of care and, yes, love into their food. Lots of gluten free and allergen free options. Really cozy space that you want to hang out in. The service is always friendly and everyone is really kind. The coffee is good and I love the English Muffin bread. Lots of character with some good eco friendly practices. Also the prices are much lower than other places in the area and comes with equal or better quality.
The place is amazing!! Food was delicious!! And Ethan was remarkable! Very kind & took his time to answer our questions. He's definitely a great asset to a great establishment. Will definitely be back.

this place has become my regular breakfast spot. reasonable prices and feels like you are getting a home cooked meal instead of the mechanical usual breakfast places offer. I’d recommend the love hearts bowl or a sausage egg and cheese. The ladies that work here seem to work harder than the guys

100% hidden gem for food, breakfast is delicious and reasonable priced. Try the home made English Muffin Bread! Lunch specials everyday but the regular menu is very good. Then there is the actual bakery part, homemade donuts , cookies(shoutout for brown butter chocolate chip), pastries, etc…. Come hungry and you will leave happy.
