Such a perfect little seafood market. We needed some fish for dinner and walked in at the same time some from Boston was being delivered. The shop is clean and organized. The owner was personable and patient while we decided. Great to chat with and helped us choose some Salmon and Snapper. Both of which were fresh and delicious!
I set a dollar amount and requested meat for dinner. Told them to surprise me. With the pandemic, they dont allow anyone inside (fine by me) so the woman serving us dissappeared inside for a couple minutes and came back out with a white bag. I requested she not reveal the contents and handed her my card. We made it half way home before anyone peaked. Shannon told me we got scallops. Sweet. I have been enjoying the seafood from Tilden for many years. The fish is exceptionally fresh and Wes and Janet won’t sell it any other way. I have never had a “bad” fillet of fish or shell fish from them ever! The meat department is also very reliable with steaks or chops cut to order. I can’t rave about them enough!
