Came in for dinner Thursday night. Initially, were asked to wait for 15min, then 20 minutes, ended up waiting for 25 minutes. We were seated at the table and waited for another 15-20 minutes without being offered any beverages or snacks. Left with empty stomachs.

Walked in at 4 pm sharp which is when they open. Manager needs a good attitude adjustment. Food was overpriced and horrible. I don't mind paying for good quality food, but having received COLD ravioli and dry cardboard salmon with raw zucchini and cold potatoes is UNACCEPTABLE when we are the only once in the restaurant. After I explained nicely to the manager (I believe that's who it was) she said OKKKKKKKK and turned around and left

Super overpriced food for zero quality. Oyster sliders were a piece of insanely fried oyster. Raviolis were cold, weird considering we were first customers of the day. Salmon over zucchini was dry I couldn't eat it with practically raw zucchini and cold potatoes. When I mentioned this to the waitress, her response was weirder than the food..OKKK she said have a good night. Interesting customer service to say the least.

We were told the scallops were not spicy. However, something in the dish was very hot. For desert we ordered the peach cobbler. It took forty minutes to be served. It was mediocre , at best. A sad experience .

My husband and I spent the weekend in Madison (we are from out of state) and decided on Sea House for dinner. The ambiance was beautiful and relaxing and the staff was warm and welcoming. Their food was innovative and delicious! Their Thai basil calamari was the best we’ve had. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Always a great experience! Fantastic menu, with unique offerings and refined comfort favorites. Great wine list, fun cocktails. Great atmosphere whether dining indoors or out. Staff always warm and welcoming. Definitely a favorite spot!
I've lived in madison for over a decade and have eaten at thousands of restaurants in my life. I've never ever been so truly angered by any experience more than by the staff at the Sea House. Mind you I am a fairly regular customer here as well as very much a regular at its sister restaurant the next town over. The absolute disregard for is so evident by the bartender/manager. Attitude, poor manors, and all right in front of the chef/owner with no ramifications or apologies. I will never step foot in this establishment again and will be sure to tell anyone who listens why NOT to dine here! Negative 5 stars!
