Both Branford locations do a Gr8 job even when Father's Day was BOGO. The one on I-95 @ T.A center a.k.a The Truck Stop with Pizza Hut & Popeye's is less crowded, makes it a better choice 4 me.

A little dirty. Good enough. Nitro machine was broken, so no nitro. The iced coffee with a shot of espresso sufficed. Not a replacement but did the trick.

Great staff and service. Parking lot is a nightmare! It’s very small and busy. The lot is shared with CVS. Starbucks does have a nice patio in the warm months and large indoor space.

Place often times has nothing in stock, and the girl behind the counter had an attitude when I said, Wow, you guys seemed to have nothing in stock. No caffeine-free beverages? What is that? I'll have Ham and cheese croissant then you have in the window. Nope. not in stock. Ok I'll have the one next to it. Nope not in stock. THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE IT IN THE WINDOW Missy Attitude?

Dealt with rude baristas at the Madison ct location, ordered three drinks (Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and two espresso roast dark roast coffees with cream). One crafter makes the frappe which turned out fine however I had to wait 10-15 minutes to get on of their attention to make the simple hot coffee. After in which they got the cream right but didn’t get the roast right and argued with me stating that what they posted was espresso roast when it was clearly marked Veranda on the marking tag. Get experienced customer service employees, this teens should not be working in a customer service industry with rude inexperienced minds.
