Accommodated my gluten allergy and helped me build a plate of delicious tender flavorful pork, white rice was cooked perfectly . Vegetables had flavor and were cooked to perfection. Everything tasted fresh and not coated in grease . My 5yo son who insanely picky got noodles and chicken which he devoured . Then my partner got spicy chicken and rice and said the same thing . So good
