So here's the deal, they cut back their hours. Not good. Next, they lock up shop and cancel orders well before closing time so they can just take off. I had this happen multiple times to the point of anger. Very sketchy and unprofessional. Portions have gotten smaller too, sometimes on the chicken but almost always on the mac and cheese which used to be much more generous.I'm not sure what happened to this place but the staff are awful. The one upside to this spot has always been the portion sizes relative to the price more than anything else. I wish they'd fix things up there. It wasn't always this way.

Great chicken! But they forget to turn off online ordering or update their hours on google when they close early during normal buisness hours. Not so much as a sign on the door saying "hey we closed early today. Sorry for the inconvenience." Because yes, 30m out of my way is an inconvenience when it could have been so easily avoided. I doubt I'll be back. Even though despite their management issues, the foods delicious.

I ordered online when I went to go pick up the door was locked and lights were off. I finally ended up calling their other location and they said they would refund me in a few days. I explained to them I wasn’t worried about the refund and that I would still like food. After I explained my frustrations they said “alright” and rushed me off the phone. 0 stars for service/hospitality. We have been going here for years and will definitely not be going back.

The food used to be delicious. They had the Best chicken wings. The Last few times it has been really bad. You can tell the wings we're cooked in old oil they hasn't been changed in God knows how long. They smelled and had a disgusting old oil taste. I'm done with cheeks. Never again..

I saw the pictures of the chicken tenders online and what I got was not the pictures they showed. I ordered 10 piece tenders from the Manchester location. They looked like they were sliced chicken breast they were so big you couldn't dip them. My daughter nor myself could finish one between the 2 of us because they tasted awful. They were dark brown, it looked more like shake and bake chicken. Also even after waiting 15 mins for the food, the place never smelled like chicken. I have no idea what they did back there but the food isn't fresh. This location should just close, I will never eat from them again. I spent $22 and the food went right in the garbage.

Kinda mad I spent $25 dollars I asked for my chicken to be tossed in honey mustard sauce and I get dry chicken with a little honey mustard sauce in a little cup not even enough to cover half my meat I will never come back here after
NO ONE does chicken and waffles better. Don't blow up my spot and make them expensive, though. 10/10, I would marry if I could. I find the leaking AC and complete absence of interior decor endearing. Never change, cheeks.

They are perfectly ok with serving old chicken, they simply dropped it back into the fryer to get warm. Fries were soaked in grease. This place has one meat.. chicken... you'd think the chicken it would b amazing. It's NOT. Save your money. Five pieces for $11. And another $4 for fries. I think NOT.

I absolutely love this place until one day I called and placed a pick up order and went to pick it up. I seen a mouse run past me i walked right back out I was so disappointed I actually enjoy eating here hopefully they get that fixed

The girl helping us was so sweet and nice. Food was amazing. Finally real chicken. Chicken tenders were big and juicy and wings were crispy and delicious. Mad I didn’t know about this place sooner. A must. And they are open till late. It’s a win win.
