Drug addict runs the counter. Saw his eyes go behind his head and couldn't stand straight. Also was throwing food around and was just disgusting. Could barely speak...this place needs to close down or be investigatedAlso noticed another review mentioning the dope head-a month ago. Why is he still serving food??

Dirty, rude, out of almost everything. There was trash piling up everywhere. I got tacos and the guy slopped everything together, hardly anything made it in the shell. This place is a joke.

A Flip

This location is probably the worst Chipotle in the history of Chipotle’s. They consistently run out of ingredients, and my ingredients I mean every single item on the menu. I don’t know who runs this location, but they have no business running a business. It’s a shame because it used to be great here! If you are hoping to order food from this location, just don’t. I saved you the 5 minutes ordering and the 45 minutes waiting for your food to only find out they could never make it anyway because they don’t have the ingredients. You’re welcome!

This place has terrible food service they are tending to all of the people walking in giving orders instead of dealing with all of the Mobile orders first and then dealing with walk in customers there is over 20+ people waiting to get there mobile order.

This is the closest Chipotle to where I live. And it’s more worth it for me to drive the extra 15 minutes to the next closest one because this location is always missing half the menu. Either they are out of guac, chips, rice, you name it. The employees are not kind or apologetic about the inconvenience and don’t tell you until you’re halfway through your order. Don’t go here unless you like being disappointed.

Chipotle is having trouble keeping up with demand. In two visits in the last week at dinnertime, they were out of some items.When fully stocked, they're food is so good! They promise to be fully stocked up to about 2 p.m., but that does not help the "after work" crowd.Hoping they can find supply soon.

Chipotle burrito bowl is a great but something is wrong with this restaurant. They run out of lattuce, veggie and Guacamole around 9.00 pm. Restaurant is open till 11.00 pm. Staff wants everyone up front about missing ingredients. It is good but why? This is not first time. This is a pattern here. Not sure what management is doing. You can't blame the staff but someone has to take ownership.

Service here leaves a lot to be desired. Online orders are not set on pick-up trays at other Chipotles and you have to wait in the same line as people ordering food to get your pre-ordered to-go food. We were standing to the side by the register for a few min but they wouldn’t acknowledge anyone unless you got in the main line. Totally defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.Then they ordered gave us the wrong meal…

Let me be direct. No gauc, no fajita peppers, no lettuce, no ice, no forks, no large lids and noooo clean tables. For reviews to continue and Chipotle corporate to not replace the management team, this is ridiculous. See for yourself. Other options are the McD and Sbux around the corner. Disappointed is kindest word I can use.

They lost my order it had to be made after the person from our group picked it up. When I opened my order it contained almost nothing. I ordered a burrito bowl. It came with no lettuce, very little chicken, lots of black beans and some hot salsa. It took up less then a 1/2 inch in the bottom of the bowl. Complete and total rip off.When I called to report the problem I couldn’t get through to anyone live.
