Leilani was a wonderful employee. Im a dasher and I had a catering order, the store was slammed with a bus. She came up to me and expressed what was going on and it would be a little bit. It gave me time to call doordash and explain and to the customer. She was a great help today.
this chipotle is amazing now. they used to be awful and gross but everything is clean now, very welcoming employees and fresh tasty food. i’m very impressed with how much they changed.
Tina at Chipotle provided exceptional customer service! When I arrived, I had to wait a couple of minutes as online orders were being fulfilled, which I completely understood. Tina greeted me warmly with a smile, apologized for the brief wait, and truly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. She clearly embodies what it means to be a team player.
