I went through the drive-thru and found that this store is run like a well oiled machine! The staff were friendly and personable and they had my correct order ready super quick. As a coffee drinker I have been through many drive-thrus and this DD store has them all beat with polite friendly staff speed and efficiency .
Ordered my coffee . Was asking people in my car what they wanted and the girl was rushing me telling me to pull up . Then I get to the window and two females and a male were carrying on and cussing and then told me to park for a coffee . They were being loud and obnoxious.
Seemed like much of the staff was new or in training. Good news because they’ve been hiring here for months. Customers must have patience with a newer staff though, so just plan a few extra minutes.
