I recently picked up takeout from Indigo and was very pleased with the food. As a vegan who is also gluten-free, I appreciated the clearly labeled options. I ordered the channa masala with vegan flatbread (Parithi), and both dishes were flavorful and satisfying.
My family tried some meat dishes, including chicken tikka masala and tandoori chicken, and they enjoyed those as well. Everything was fresh, well-spiced, and packed nicely for takeout.
The vegan menu items are super clearly marked and they even do vegan naan breads which is rare! Really want to try their desserts next time and their dosas. Some vegan meat options would be nice. Their vegan in the vegetable mangalorian curry was very obviously frozen which I don't love...
Some of the best food around if you ask me. Their daily lunch box is great. I easily get two meals out of one. I'd eat here much more often if I didn't live an hour away.
