If there's one thing I expect from a restaurant with a namesake like Longhorns is that that namesake stands for something good. Frankly the longhorn name stands for quality steak and dagummit they got some quality steak up in there! From 6oz and up and with any side it's consistent quality. Truth be told, yeah, it's not 5 star gala but for a night out with the family/kids/guys/team it's a damn good choice.

Fantastic experience! The food was fresh and flavorful! Great environment! Holly at the Manchester location is by far one of the best host in the business! She is beyond first class! She represents the company extremely well to the point where you must meet her for yourself! Holly is a natural and will definitely keep you comimg back! The manager on board is great as well! I most definitely will return and so should you! Enjoy your time at LongHorns!!!

Picture this: it's my friends birthday. He's in the last year of his 20s. Father time is creeping up on him with a baseball bat. All he wants, is a delicious well made steak.Long horn? Sounds good!But it wasn't. Wait times were atrocious. A server that spoke to us in ways I wish I could pay my dominatrix enough to. Cold food after a long hour of prep.All of that can be yours for like 80 bucks.

My son had me go there to get some food. I have to admit I was pleasantly satisfied with the food. That has to be the best piece of steak I ever tasted. Customer service was good as well.

We are regular and frequent customers. We received two completely raw steaks within a one week time frame. Totally unacceptable. James Barton the general manager was sarcastic and rude when I brought this to his attention. Not even an apology. Our waitress Brittany was amazing. She didn't seem too surprised when I told her about the unprofessional interaction we experienced with James. He needs some lessons in customer service and manners!Most likely will find somewhere else to eat.

I've enjoyed this restaurant many times for a few years now. I've eaten here in Connecticut and had a great experience. I've dined in Florida at this same restaurant and still received the exact same experience as I have in Connecticut. A great steak dinner along with wonderful service each time in each state. The longhorns associates take pride in their jobs and all my meals have been consistent everytime. I always have the outlaw steak medium rare and it comes out perfect. Great job guys/gals.This is the fifth time we've been here to dine (longhorns restaurants)and again Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! service and another perfect Stake dinner. Today Holly was our server and she was super nice and quick with our orders......Great jobs chef!
