East hartford mc Donald's spit on my big Mac and when I confronted the owner Lisa W. She was extremely rude with me and not allowing me to speek atall till I started interrupting her I have pictures of the tampered food and she Said o I'm sure you do, like I was making it up. I got this meal for $1.29 thru the app by utilizing points for a burger and a coupon for a free frys with any purchase of $1 or more. I'm just blown away at how poorly things were handled
Went to McDonald's on Deming Street in Manchester. Waited 25 minutes for DoorDash order just to find out they never made it. So because of that I lost out on money on the order because I wasn't going to wait here for another 25 minutes while they made the order texting on their cell phones. Walsh enterprises needs to do better
Lisa W. has a terrible attitude and even worse conflict resolution skills, to say the least. Dont ever go to the East hartford 1261 Burnside Ave McDonald's, late at least. I was fortunate enough to receive a tampered big Mac, and by tampered, I mean there was an unusual wet glob on the top of my dry burger bun and rewind a bit more.... while at the drive thru the young man didnt say anything to me he just opened the window and took my card(that's fine ) then proceeded to close...read full review
