Service is lacking customer service is so much worse waited. 20 minutes on a sandwich Most of the crew was, yeah, either on their phone or off in their own little world doesn't seem to have any anything. Managerial oversight of any kind corporate needs to. Seriously? Look into the store and do a revamp on all employees and management

This Dunkin is easy to go to as a college student but recently the quality has gone downhill rapidly. This is the second time I’ve received food that was cold and had to be reheated. The quantity of food has also been reduced, such as coffee and drinks clearly having more ice and cold foam to make it seem larger than it is, and one order of hash browns being FOUR (4) when there used to be more. When picking up my mobile order of food and drinks I was asked at the window if I had ordered drinks, to which after explaining exactly what I ordered they immediately brought them out to me. Mind you, my name was written on both my food and the drinks, so why ask if you already had the drinks in hand that had MY NAME on it? I don’t want to come off as a “Karen” but seriously, some further training in order handling and hospitality needs to be in place. The picture below is my order that was COLD to the touch that had to be recooked.

First time there I ordered what I always get at any other dunks but today they were pretty oblivious. I always go inside to ask for "a large frozen coffee with the holiday cookie signature flavor, a shot of espresso, and whipped cream with all the fixings that usually comes with a signature latte. I told the guy twice behind the counter but didn't seem to understand my English very well so I told him he is probably going to make it wrong. When I got it it was wrong so I said "i told you you wouldn't make it right even after I explained it twice because its not in the menu, its a custom order..." The girl behind the counter that made it came at me with attitude and said I didn't ask for it the right way and was trying to "make things complicated' when she wasn't even listening to me repeat my order to make sure they didnt mess it up. My gf got so embarrassed by the workers attitude that she wanted a refund and didn't even give her all the money back. The manager stepped into the situation too late after the damage was done from the worker's awesome attitude.

This is how I ask for it and how to make it:

Lg Frozen Coffee
Add Holiday Cookie Flavor
Add shot of espresso
Add the fixings that come with the signature latte to the top. Thats it.
Not confusing at all.

Add it to the menu so there's no confusion because I'm not the only person that orders a frozen coffee this way just for them to mess it up 99% of the time.
I told everyone waiting in the drive thru to leave after what they did to us and they would be treated the same way when they get your order wrong. Some people that were waiting over 15 minutes left and I laughed.
We called corporate and we wont be going back there again. Thanks for wasting our time.

Could hear them speaking spanish about a customer calling them feo and Pendeja (meaning ugly and stupid) Speaking any language with coworkers is fine live your life no judgement about that part just watch what y’all are saying!

I gave 3 stars to the atmosphere bc this location needs a good renovation. Its not welcoming and not a reflection to the service or food. The DD staff are always respectful when I get my DD every morning.

Parking: Because DD shares space with an old gas station and a pizza take out on the other side its busy with customers. DD you can do better!

I have been to a number of dunkin's. This is the worst I have ever been to. I was there for a mobile order and the lady at the window bashed at me saying that I should have waited for a bit at the order station to give my order info. I had shouted I had a mobile order at the ordering station but no response. I have been to other dunkin's but they kindly hand in my order after saying my name. There is no point in ordering ahead at this particular dunkin. Very disapointed.

They apparently close 15 minutes earlier than 9 so they can "clean". Last i heard cleaning happens after close. I and one other car were turned away and told we would not be served 10+ minutes before their closing time

I ordered hot vanilla chi tea and it tasted sour and watered down. The breakfast wrap of eggs and sausage was greasy and cold as were the hash browns. Service was great even when I requested refund for the undeniable tea.

I went there and ordered a few items and one of those items was a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter and jelly. I waited for like 8 minutes with no one else around but maybe 2 cars in the drive thru.Not only was the wait ridiculous. I finally get the item and it didn’t have any jelly on it. I asked about the jelly and I then get told, oh we don’t have any; we looked around but there’s a Dunkin down the road who would have jelly.So you’d expect me to PAY FOR ANOTHER BAGEL and to waste even more time and gas?!? At least let me know ahead of time that my bagel wasn’t going to be made right. I would’ve appreciated it more than finding out after waiting near 10 minutes with me being ready for a bagel that took way longer than it should’ve in the first place.Disappointing….

My friend and I came through the drive thru around 12:30 this afternoon to pick up our mobile order. We come to this Dunkin regularly, and have never been so dissatisfied. The older man in a blue polo was yelling at his coworkers, and used the word “stupid” to describe them. He was very unprofessional, and should not be treating his coworkers with such disrespect. Regardless of his childish behavior, the young woman handed me my cold brew with a smile on her face and told me to have a wonderful day. Neither of us will be coming back to this Dunkin, and we will be calling to address this to a manager first thing tomorrow. I suggest to stay away from this location:)

Kid-friendliness: This is not an environment I want my kids around ever again.
