Food wise very bad food quality and very taste less food. Had ordered nun and paneer tikka masala, and samosa. The samosa was not bad but the filling of potato was not tasty at all.. it didn’t have required spice more salt. As if it was just stuffed with boiled potatoes …. Coming to the paneer.. it had food color that would not go off your fingers even after washing once.. had to wash multiple times to get the color of my finger tips… hence giving 1 star for food… paneer was hard and chewy

Food is absolutely delicious although the atmosphere and service could use some improvement. I don’t live near CT anymore but made this a stop on my recent trip to New England. Highly recommend the food but would order take-out rather than dining in.

No, just no! Horrible atmosphere and no personality for the staff. Restaurant has no clue who they are. I wasn't even aware they were open as it looks like they've been closed for years.

Food is delicious and probably the best Indian food around eastern CT. Service is lacking and decor needs work but who cares when the food is this good!

Amazing food and service. I assume the owner is who served us, and they were very sweet. Even told us to let her know if we needed more rice! Generous portions and great prices. Highly highly recommend stopping in or doing takeout if you're craving some delicious and satisfying food.

After driving by this place many times, I finally stopped in. Boy was I surprised by how good the food is! Would definitely say this is my new favorite Indian restaurant!

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. This place is really weird. It’s says they are open 11 to 10pm and we went there at 2:30 pm , nobody was there literally nobody. Neither a host or server nor a single human being.
We waited inside the restaurant for 15 minutes but nobody came. The place is filthy and has a horrible smell.
Don’t waste your time and money going there.

Came inside the restaurant 2 hours before closing, only a couple sitting looking through the menu. We wait for 5 minutes before someone comes to us asking if we did online order. We asked if we can be sat and eat in, the guy then proceeds to say “it’s going to be a while” 40 minutes minimum. Because the couple there would be priority.

Let me reiterate, AN EMPTY RESTAURANT WITH ONE COUPLE EATING IN. So, he said it would be better if we did takeout while chuckling. So, we left. Didn’t do take out. Weird as hell. Really disappointing.

The food is reasonable here but the restaurant management is like bad

It says it opens at 11 there was no one in the restaurant

We waited for like half an hour inside the restaurant and guess what no one was there

It was weird.

we got medium spice malai kofta and garlic naan: malai kofta was very flavorful and something about the naan was special and different which made it super tasty
staff was extremely sweet and made us feel welcome
only complaint is it couldve been a little cleaner

This was THE BEST Indian I’ve had! The flavor was out of this world. I used to go to wings over all the time and once I heard they moved I was nervous the flavor would change but OMG it is even better. Such kind people too.

if you want really good food in this area, this is the best option. the wait is a little long and the atmosphere is a little drab, but once the food gets there is well worth it. the prices are a little high but then you see the portions and it all makes sense. delicious. this is the only place i go when i am in the area. I always get the saag paneer and samosas, but everything else i have tried has been just as good.
