Every time I order ahead on Washington St in Middletown, only partial order is ever made. Then they act like they have no idea there were additional items on the order. It’s like Groundhog Day every time. Today I had to argue with a staff member about making only one iced coffee when I ordered two iced coffees. God forbid she read the order when it comes in.

All locations in Meriden are straight trash owners are horrible .. stop going to Batista locations !!!

I went to the Meriden store on Broad street and the person who was supervising was taking her job to her head. She was very rude and nasty to the young lady at the window because the food was not up fast enough which is not her job. She was new and learning I’m guessing and the supervisor treated her like she was inadequate and told her get out of the way and for another girl to take over but again the food and drinks were not made and not her job it was that of those cooking sandwiches and drinks. That supervisor needs to be removed from her job she’s to bossy and rude to be training young people perhaps this is why no one stays working for this company and the manner and treatment of workers in front of customersIs uncalled for! And unacceptable! The supervisor blamed on the young lady what was your job to manage and get done! Line to long oh well! She should not be a supervisor manager (blonde hair) whatever she was nasty cause she can’t handle long lines which is normal for dunkin duh!

The worst Dunkin is East Hampton Ct the employees are not friendly and very rude. Never once have I got my order wright. The donuts are terrible not fresh at all. They should close or fire everyone and get new people who love their job

So I get coffee EVERYDAY from Dunkin!!! YOUR Dunkin’s. MONDAY through FRIDAY in Middlefield and SATURDAY and SUNDAY on Washington Street. Today my husband ordered to the wrong store. He ordered to WASHINGTON Street and the young lady at Middlefield told me that i need to take a left out of the lot to go to Washington street when i asked if i could have my coffee here instead for today!!! They even know me there. ITS DISGUSTING!!!ON A SIDE NOTE- When an employee falls at work (Washington street) they NEED to be sent to an urgent care!!!! Not stay at work till the end of their shift!!!
