I went to the Meriden store on Broad street and the person who was supervising was taking her job to her head. She was very rude and nasty to the young lady at the window because the food was not up fast enough which is not her job. She was new and learning I’m guessing and the supervisor treated her like she was inadequate and told her get out of the way and for another girl to take over but again the food and drinks were not made and not her job it was that of those cooking...read full review
The worst Dunkin is East Hampton Ct the employees are not friendly and very rude. Never once have I got my order wright. The donuts are terrible not fresh at all. They should close or fire everyone and get new people who love their job

Every time I order ahead on Washington St in Middletown, only partial order is ever made. Then they act like they have no idea there were additional items on the order. It’s like Groundhog Day every time. Today I had to argue with a staff member about making only one iced coffee when I ordered two iced coffees. God forbid she read the order when it comes in.
