I didn’t get to have an experience , all I wanted was a couple of pies. It was 11:40 pm and even though you close at 12:00am I was ignored. I work late and this was on my way home. If you stop taking orders at 11:40 DO NOT say your open until 12:00 am. It’s insulting and false advertisement. The guy clearly saw me and just decided to ignore me. Waited in line 20 minutes, never got to order, guy in front of us reported waiting 40 minutes, this was after we had left and went across the street to McDonald’s, the guy ended up at McDonald’s as well and told us the manager didn’t even want to give his money back after his order was wrong. Catastrophic failure in management at this location. All the staff needs to be fired and they need to start over.
