The new staff is not trained well. My ice cream was melting and dripping the minute I got it. I asked for a cone and got it in a cup, when the lady changed it to come it melted even more. Overall Poor service

The prices has gone sky rocking even though the ice cream still taste good but not cool when I used to buy 3 ice creams for the price of what only 2 are worth and the toppings are extra charge now before it wasn't this new management is terrible...bring back the regular prices it's too expensive you're going to loose customers and eventually run out of business with these prices

The owner of this store doesn’t pay his employees regularly or at all and is currently MIA. The employees that work at this store refuse to work until completely compensated. Might want to find a different coldstone to go to if you come here regularly.

Your not supposed to be closed till late, it’s 7pm and your closed! Correct your online hours if not you just made a pregnant woman that drove all the way from Hartford just for this! You guys just broke my heart and made such a bad first impression! So disappointed

This place is somehow still in business and I do not know how.. there are weeds growing by the door, it looks like the entire plaza is unkept. Tried to go here once but they were closed, when online it showed as open.. come back second and last time, and the employees did not wash their hands, they did not have gloves on, their counter looked like it had dry ice cream on it from the morning, and worst of all they had a fruit fly infestation. Not one of them seem bothered by it. There are fruit flies being hatched all around the glass, and over a dozen flying around. They were more than likely on the counter all day, and this is where the ice cream is being prepared? This place is not it. Drive to clinton to get your cold stone, because this location is a filth. No pictures to show.. but trust me.. i would not waste my time writing this review if it weren’t true.

I just came here and found out you now need to pay for your mix ins on a medium cup. If that’s true, it shouldn’t be advertised that it’s included. They charge $1.50 per mix in which in my opinion is way too much

I was at your store last night. The store was terribly understaffed. There were only 2 workers working and with the wave of customers, food delivery services, and the store phone ringing non stop, it seemed the workers were helpless. The process of mixing ingredients for the ice cream treats is a lot. I waited over 20 minutes with my party to get served when only 2 parties were ahead of us. A large number of customers came after my party. I saw a total of 6 customers walk out because the time was taking too long and it was clear your staff were trying their hardest but were struggling. Even a food delivery driver was frustrated because the wait time held up his work and likely his profits. I got my ice cream first in my party of three. I paid $25 for 3 ice creams, and by the time your staff made my partys ice cream orders, and we could sit together and eat, my ice cream was badly melting. Even having one more staff could've avoided such a sad experience. You lost a ton of profits with the customers that left in that period of less than an hour. Not to mention how man customers who were likely trying to call couldn't get the services they were looking for.
