I hate how they throw the fries on top of your burgers. Use a separate bag! The burger was good. Overpriced in my opinion.

Hey, actually I work here, and get a full free meal if I want any day I work. It may sound a bit wierd, but I really like a cheese veggie with bacon and mustard, no lettuce and tomatoes. Burgers are great too....I could never consider eating one without cheese til I worked here. I like a little burger with grilled green peppers, black pepper, and mustard. Did you know you could ask to go light on any topping, or for extra? And if you like something like mayo or barbecue sauce on the side for your fries, please let us know when you order and you'll get it with your order instead of having to come back and ask for it

Food was good shorted me a fries, customer service was horrible arrived around 6 pm it was a little busy. Jumped in line waiting patiently to order. Manager closing on 11/8 yelled at me and said you’re going to have to wait very rudely even though I was just waiting patiently. Then when I ordered she was rushing me when I ordered didn’t even want to let me finish ordering. I pay about 56 dollars for my food which is fine if I get good customer service. Then she didn’t even give me the cups for the drinks I paid for till my food was done 15 minutes later and I had to ask another worker to give me my cups. I ordered a medium fry and I got a small with not extra fries in the bag. Was honestly dissappointed with the manager on duty 11/8.

These guys are SO friendly. Came in late after working since 6am, for a quick meal & shake. They didn’t even bat an eye. Happily made the shake. Friendly, kind. Place is so clean too. Love it here. Best Five Guys! Tip them!

Fries are still really good. Burgers are not up to par with the high prices. Restaurant was leaking from the roof or ceiling, staff seemed to enjoy goofing off and being loud.
I went there with my aunt for the first time tonight. Your staff greeted me . When I got to the front a short small young girl with wavy hair was at that front waiting for us to order . When we were ordering , she couldn’t hear us and asked us to move down and was quite rude . When we ordered , my aunt didn’t know what she wanted but the girl appeared annoyed . When you go into an establishment, that’s not something you want to see. Not sure if she had a bad day or something but it definely shows to the customer as if she didn’t wanna be there . She was dismissive and talked to us like we were annoying to order and had an attitude when we asked questions about stuff . Do not be in customer service if you’re going to have that kind of attitude. My aunt and I enjoyed our meal but after that ordering experience, I don’t think we would be back to that location. Customers notice everything and it will affect dining experience. Please speak to your staff about it if you don’t want to loose customers. Thank you

I don’t ever give reviews but I just want to say tray making the food was great. I dont come here much due to the high price of food. Besides that the food was pretty good. Fries were a little limpy but still good and a huge portion. Got a bacon burger with all the fixings. My son laughed at me because I said my bacon looked like it was killed and cooked 6x cause my bacon was extra extra burnt. Asked for less burnt bacon and tray replaced it no problem! Was very friendly. Great customer service.

Aside from their prices seeming to increase, no complaints....food is always good. I purchased little fry and a little bacon cheeseburger, total was over $20 ? I'm going to have to sell something to keep up lol
