Service was friendly and quick, the burgers were perfect and just what we needed. This five guys never seems busy, probably because it’s kind of hidden in this plaza but we love it!

Incredible !! that you expect us to pay 22.80 for a greasy burger slathered in Velveeta, with extra extra salty soggy fries. And that didn't even include a drink.I can make better at home at a lot less cost. And much better ingredients.I couldn't even eat it and my dog looked at me funny when I gave it to him.!!!YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!
This is the first bad experience I've had in the Meriden location. It had nothing to do with the food but with the staff. There is one tiny girl there that was so rude idk how she works with the public.... this is not the first time this has happened with her. Do better 5 guys

Hi , my name is Kileen, and IV been in the restaurant/ bar / waitress and hairdressing business my entire life, so I understand how ruff it can be ,,, BUT ILL TELL U WHAT,, THE STAFF AT 5 GUYS ON ROUTE 5 ARE THE WORST, RUDEST , SNOTYEST, downright rotten miserable, mean ,,, waste of oxygen of human beings and YES the manager was there ,,, he was JUST AS HORRIBLE!!!!! BY ALL MEANS GET RID OF THEM AND IN WITH NEW !!!!! AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE FOR MY MOTHER AND I .,,, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER COMPLAIN,,, SUCH lousy treatment!!!!!

Tiny girl with dark curly hair working December 29th right before closed was amazing! I could tell they were all praying I wouldn’t come inside from the car (as they should I came less than 30 mins to closed) but she took my order with a smile. Keep up the great work :)

I never ever thought I could ever find something negative to say about 5 Gs, but this particular location in CT messed up my order ?. I know exactly what happened, she was too busy yaping and joking around with the other staff ?! Food is always awesome ? delicious even if was not what I ordered!Dietary restrictions: Did you know you can ask for a bunless burger on lettuce AND or in a bowl? That's my way.

The food is pretty standard at Five Guys and the food here is good. Staff was nice an helpful. The Location is a bit run down but otherwise a good spot for lunch. Nice outdoor seating too.

Food is delicious but heavy. Also, NOT worth the price. They still give you an entire basketful of fries though. Until prices on everything goes down, I would avoid Five Guys.
