As someone who has lived in Meriden now for a few years I decided to try this place after passing it every day coming home. My buddy got a cob salad and I got a turkey club. The food was pretty damn good and was pretty impressed. Lots of times I drive by it seems empty so I wasn’t sure what I was gonna expect. But from the service to the food everything was great.

Amazing place. Food is great and the staff is better. Sue was my waitress recently and she did a great job. The diner is clean. I come here almost every morning for breakfast. Good breakfast specials and the egg sandwiches are unbelievable

Long story short - My 17 year old son was an employee of this establishment. He was a busser and delivery driver. He was not getting paid minimum wage but his page check showed he was paid the difference in tips which he never received that much in tips. When management was asked about yhe issue my son was fired. Stealing tips or saying you paid someone tips that you did not.Is a horrible thing to do to a child. They also do this to many of the workers. Based on the fact of how they treat their employees I will never eat there again even though the food was good.

Great time ever. I will be back again with the whole family.

Watch out for sneaky price gouging. I ordered over the phone and asked if I could substitute sausage for the home fries. She said yes. Two 13.99 omelets came to $46. Didn't realize until I got home they gave me both sausage AND home fries. I won't be back. (Food is bland anyway)
