I went to grab some subs after work and the place was clean and the staff were very pleasant and personable. Jocelyn made my sub perfect and was very hospitable. I ask if she was the manager because she leading her coworkers. She said she was not but she would make a great one. She did say they are under new ownership and trying to turn the public opinion around so check them out again if you were not satisfied with your first visit.

Don’t believe any of the negative reviews. I can’t say enough how impressed I am by the customer service and the personalities of the staff. I’ve visited multiple times before writing this review and my experience has been consistent every time, excellent. And because they care it translates to great sandwiches.

I get jersey Mike every week on my day off. I will drive to a different town and go out of my way before I go to the Meriden store. It's dirty, slow and rude associates. When they opened they were great. When the original manager quit that store fell apart.

If you want Jersey Mike’s the Meriden location is not it! it is worth it to go to another location. I just left Jersey mikes and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience and this is not the first time today was just the worst. Firstly, the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. I had to repeat my order several times the girl on the grill making the hot sandwiches she’s always so DAMN mad and angry, she makes it hard to ever ask a question or reminding her on what you want on your sandwich. The sandwich itself was underwhelming. The girl who made my sandwich should not be on the grill anymore I wish I had gotten her name but she’s the Butch looking one, My sandwich was sloppy For the price, I expected much better quality. I asked for my bread to be toasted they like to toasted the top of the bread but not the inside I asked to toast the inside of my bread she made it an issue. When I saw her cutting up my bread I asked her coworker if she can please let her know I would like the inside of my bread toast, she slapped the mayo on it and sure enough toasted the top of the bread. I asked the gentleman who was standing next to her to please have her toast my bread and she screamed out I already put mayo on it. I said it doesn’t matter. I still want inside of my bread toasted not the top not the bottom. I was really hoping for a better experience, but sadly, I won't be returning to this Jersey Mike's location. There are plenty of other options for a good sub sandwich, and this one just didn't measure up.

Friendly staff and quality of food far surpasses other chains such as Subway. My only comments are that in-between sandwiches, the staff should remove the leftover meat and cheese scraps from the Slicer, and also be sure to keep the sandwich prep area and surrounding counters clean by removing leftover lettuce scraps. This is not appetizing for customers to see! In this area, Subway far surpasses this Jersey Mike’s location. This is an easy fix which if done, would make this a Five Star location.
