Came here to grab a quick lunch. Food was fresh and tasted delicious. Service was as fast as they could be on a busy Thursday afternoon. The Staff was friendly. Prices are fair. I enjoyed a mini Italian grinder. Just the perfect size ! Resturant was clean.

First time at this location today. It was one of the best experiences in a chain “fast food” restaurant in memory. Staff was welcoming and friendly without coming across as forced or awkward. The sandwich came out quickly even though it was clearly lunch time, and was exactly as I hoped it would be. I could also hear how the staff interacted with others since I ate there. Overall, the staff is clearly well trained and just fantastic examples of what JM’s would want representing their brand. Thank you.

I’ve always been a fan of Jersey mikes but THIS PARTICULAR ONE has raised the bar for me.. in service, and in FOOD! It’s soooo good 😩. I come as a customer and feel seen and remembered and idk what they do with these subs, it’s just so good y’all. This review comment section isn’t doing any justice because I have so much to say. Definitely a CT Jersey mikes attraction. TANAI IS KILLING IT MAKING THE SUBS IT!!! only thing I can show y’all is a finished sub. It’s so good!

This is my favorite Jersey Mikes to come to an all of CT! Marcos is the most professional, friendly and exceptional employee I’ve ever met. He goes above and beyond every time I come here. His genuine smile and commitment to serving with excellence is out of this world. As a former manager of a chain of fast food restaurants, I can confidently say it is hard to come across people who serve with the skill and excellence that Marcos does. The food is reliable for this size chain. I don't recommend ordering through Uber or any other food delivery... The wait would immediately kill the overall quality of the item you get. Ask me how I know!

Ordered online and was told 45 min before order would be complete. Got to the location at the time it was ready and my order was not ready. Order wasn’t even started. Waited about 20 min for my order. Store was not busy at the time either.

I ordered I'm advanced. Received a notification the my order is complete. I arrive and my order is not complete. Not only not complete but not being worked on. Waited for 20 minutes and they eventually good around to it.
Jersey Mike's is the new place for Subs. Service was great. Everyone was playing theor roll in getting the orders made correctly and swiftly. They all was so busy they forgot the clean the tables, but other than that great place. Good customer service. Thanks
