Jersey Mike's is the new place for Subs. Service was great. Everyone was playing theor roll in getting the orders made correctly and swiftly. They all was so busy they forgot the clean the tables, but other than that great place. Good customer service. Thanks

The staff was super friendly, the store has seating and TV so you can have entertainment if you want to stay and eat. The sandwiches are beyond amazing and the bread they use is by far the best for subs I've had in a long time.

jersey mikes is one of my favorite fast food chains, and i have been to many of them in ct. i went to this location once and will never be returning again. this is the worst customer service i have ever received and i feel it did not match what jersey mikes stood for. the store was also very dirty and nothing was stocked, if you are reading this review i very highly suggest that you visit another location.

Every time I have ordered from here my order is wrong. I’ve even gone in person and had my order fixed wrong. Idk if the workers here are just lazy or dont care. It’s not that difficult to read an order ticket or follow instructions. I’ve given this place too many chances and I refuse to let them rob me anymore. I’m not even disappointed in them anymore I I’m upset with myself self for thinking they could change and get things right. I’ve reached out to corporate about getting refunds and no one has gotten back to me. Save yourself the trouble don’t go here go to subway or something yeah they suck too but trust me anything is better than this utter let down of an establishment. Save your money and make a sandwich at home.
