I agree with many of the recent reviews that mention this store has gone down hill. Most of the employees give off the impression they don't want to be working and the sandwiches they make reflect the attitude. Subs are often cut poorly and assembled in a sloppy mess. It's a shame because we have seen how well this store used to operate and I find myself going to other sandwich shops.

I have been going to this jersey Mike's for a while last couple times has been horrible hardly any turkey on sandwich and bread so stale I could throw it at a wall and put a hole in it.. dont waste your money!!!

The work area where they make sandwiches looked as if something had exploded!! The slicer had dried meat and cheese all over it!!! I had expected a quick wipe down before building my sandwich…… guess I was expecting too much!!Not sure who runs this store now….but the guy who ran it before was amazing!! Always clean …always efficient!!! Not anymore!! And well Jersey Mike this was strike 3!! In the last 6-10 months your Meriden store has gone down down down!! And I guess it’s back to subway for a decent sandwich

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! On a Saturday at 2pm all staff were zoned out. I was asked by two different employees what type of bread I wanted. I stated club supreme and was getting the wrong meat cut. When I corrected the employee I got a large sigh. I corrected the cheese several times. My husband asked for a GF sub considering he has an allergy and staff were poorly educated on the concept of cross contamination. Would not recommend this location!

Was there 01/21/2024 around 2pm , they had four females working at the time ; the old women was doing her job taking orders , the other three associates could not do there job , a lot of orders backed up, the work area was disgusting, I seen one of them come around the station for chips for a grub hub order and touch the bottom of her shoe and not change her gloves. I will never eat at this establishment again ; management needs to do a better job all around

This place used to be so good and they never messed up your order. Today it costs us $42 for a tub & giant sub. The order wasn't ready at the time it said it was going to be, in fact it took them an extra 30 minutes. The tub was missing the onion & tomato that was ordered. This place went downhill after the old manager left.

Would give no stars if I could I always get lunch there a sandwich and a (large cookie $2.85). They never EVER put my cookie in the bag. Over time that adds up. They either give me a small or no cookie at all. They don't know how to read a order slip which is pretty pathetic. I would start to go back in and let them know they forget and to grab me one but you order pick up because you have a life and need to be in and out quickly, you should be able to rely on the fact that they know how to read. I don't know if they're saving their stock, but that's not the right way to do it. It happen again today and I'm pretty pissed they get one more strike and I'm going in and going off. MARK MY WORDS Jersey mikes.

First off the prep area glass was disgusting and I love jersey mikes but this location is terrible with wait times and not really efficient and I can tell no one cleans , will be sticking with the north haven location for now on.

this is my second bad experience at this location. The first time i went in to pick up an order and stood in the pick up area for about 10 minutes and no one even looked at me. i finally ended up getting in line and waiting another 5 minutes and then someone finally helped me. This time i ordered online and got a chicken philly bowl with lettuce and just went straight to the ordering line. my bowl had no lettuce and barely any meat. i paid $10 for this?!?! abosoluty not.

Whoever was working on August 27th 2023 at 1:00 is a joke. Order online and get there at 1:10 to pick up. I tell them my name and the older lady just walks away. So I patiently wait until 1:40. My food is just sitting in a bag and not one of them told me it's ready. Then have the audacity to say I was supposed to pick up at 1:10. Beyond worst customer service I've had in my life. Couldn't even apologize. Nothing. Never going back to this location.

I went in 15 minutes before close and before I can even say anything I got an eye roll from the girl behind the counter. I was then told all the food was wrapped up and I couldn’t place an order. I’ve worked in food service and know that it’s always a bit of an inconvenience when customers come in right before close but if you’re going to stay open until 9 you should stay open until 9. Waste of a trip
