I went to grab some subs after work and the place was clean and the staff were very pleasant and personable. Jocelyn made my sub perfect and was very hospitable. I ask if she was the manager because she leading her coworkers. She said she was not but she would make a great one. She did say they are under new ownership and trying to turn the public opinion around so check them out again if you were not satisfied with your first visit.

Don’t believe any of the negative reviews. I can’t say enough how impressed I am by the customer service and the personalities of the staff. I’ve visited multiple times before writing this review and my experience has been consistent every time, excellent. And because they care it translates to great sandwiches.

This was the best customer service experience I have had in a while! Tonight when I stopped in the staff was so welcoming and made my family’s sandwiches perfectly. The cookie was great too!
