Long lines, food is constantly wrong, no one speaks English and just don’t care. Today was the final time I went there. I ordered burgers and got a chicken sandwich. Dr Pepper instead of Diet Coke. Just simple things.

This is the worst McDonald's ever. They are constantly forgetting food and then when you call the phone NEVER gets answered. They need to get workers they speak english. All Spanish speaking and can't even get an order right

Place an order online before 10:59 am for breakfast. Got there on time to get my food but because there was a long line they refuse to give me my order. Jeremy, was the the person who cancel my order. I won't be coming back to this McDonald's for been irresponsible with my order. I order before breakfast was over and because the long line they cancel my order, my order should have been made before I got there and ready for me to pick up. I will follow up with corporate.

French fries was warm and really salty. I ordered light hot sauce spicy chicken snack wrap and it had a lot of hot sauce. I also ordered Mcdouble cheese burger no pickles, even though it didn't have pickles I still could taste it.

Ordered on my phone fries and a soda. Took 25 minutes and would have someone stop by every 5 minutes asking to see my receipt. Eventually the 5th time a manager came over and somehow “found” my order as they were “holding it”. Probably 4-5 other people in there too who had issues and waiting 15+ minutes for a single item or two.

the night crew - when you walk in you have to wait almost 15 minutes for them to take your order. mess up your food almost every time. and the tables are rarely clean.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I accidentally placed a mobile order for pickup inside, but went through the drive-through to grab it. Instead of helping me out, the staff gave me a hard time and refused to hand over my drinks. One employee even threw two empty plastic cups at me and told me to come inside and make my own drinks. Completely unacceptable behavior and zero customer service. I won’t be coming back to this location.
