I've had several bad experiences with this McDonalds over the years. Was once told I couldn't order ice cream because they already cleaned the machines for the night and they were open for another 4 hours. The newest one was I was unable to use the mobile app code because the person that gave it to me wasn't with me. That wasn't the issue. I understand the policy is policy. The issue I had was waiting 20 minutes for someone to tell me this. I asked for help 4 or 5 times and was blown off instead of someone taking a few seconds to tell me I couldn't use the code. Then I was brushed with an attitude at the end. So thanks McDonalds. Your deals aren't great, food quality is going down the drain while prices are through the roof and to top it off your staff is lazy and rude. I'm sure my complaint won't change anything in your restaurant but it will change where my household spends it's money on food in the future. Thanks

Im an adult who still loves Mcdonalds. I happened to be there on national cheeseburger day and got a delucious double cheeseburger for .50 what a great bargain in this world! Had a wonderful server who helped me put the app in my phone. Great app to have! Lots of deals with it, which we need!
Low price crappy food with poor order fulfillment, it is what it is, a quick and easy snack for the grandkids with a low harm level.

Didn’t give no receipt and forgot the food we ordered. Then refused to give the food we paid for/asked for. Said they gave us free drinks when in reality came with the meal we asked for that we didn't receive. Manager left us empty handed.

It's hot as balls in Here. They do not turn on the ac at all because the workers there are all from a southern climate if you catch my drift they like it hot like it is south of the border so it's 90 degrees in there at all times and the bathroom smells like hot garbage
