Went there with a coupon that they didn’t honor which doesn’t make sense; only reason I even went there. Girl was apologetic but didn’t negate the reasoning. Better off going somewhere else

Went to the one in Berlin Sat ,it was amazing, I loved they had cups for plain water . The guy making my sandwich made it perfect ! Lots of veggies . Then, I went to Meriden on Broad is was just ok . Much smaller ,really not worth the money , I also had to pay for the water cup.

I mean, it's a subway. Food was subway, store was very understaffed but the only woman working there handled it well and still made our sandwiches with care.
One of the most cleanest, friendly staff. We did a pizza and churro. So much better then Pizza Hut!Thank you for your friendly service.

I’m guessing he was owner of the store but this man stops me while I grab my online order and tries to take it out of my hand, then he questions if I really bought it while I’m dressed in my work clothes, on top of that I always came in every other day now I won’t go there ever again after I felt disrespected and stopped just off how I look… disgusting and made me very uncomfortable

We all are trying to save money right? I ordered 2 ft longs and tell the young man I had a coupon. He gets the owner and she tell me no coupons. What ? no coupons. So I'm guessing they scan there own coupons and pocket the money ?. The young man was very professional but I will say I will not be going to subway any longer.
