Twice this week it was not busy when I ordered and on two separate orders, I asked for to substitute the sodas for coffee shakes. The first time they were Chocolate shakes. So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brother's meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked: "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully, you don't strike out if I (we) come in again. Advice - Check your orders placing and receiving them.“

“I recently tried the chicken parm grinder at Mad River Creamery & Deli, and it was a really solid choice. The chicken cutlet was nicely breaded, tender, and held up well under the sauce. The marinara was flavorful — tangy with a hint of sweetness — and there was a generous amount of melted cheese that pulled everything together. The bread was fresh and hearty with a nice toasted soft crunch to it , the kind of roll that didn’t get soggy after a few bites, which made the sandwich feel substantial but balanced. I liked that there was a good ratio of chicken to sauce to bread. Service was friendly and efficient, owner welcomed us and provided free ice cream samples as we waited for our grinders ( husband got the steak and cheese for his 3rd time ) being a deli, the portion felt more like a meal than a quick snack. The atmosphere at Mad River Creamery & Deli is welcoming — cozy and laid-back, perfect for grabbing a bit with a friend (or after getting some ice cream). Already know what I want when I return . “Very surprised honestly, from outside the building you cant see or imagine this amazing place. We went yesterday around 8:30 pm. I was in a mood for something different and my husband said lets try that one. Wow hands down, food is delicious, very welcoming staff, clean . I ordered queijo empanada and hubby brazilian sandwich, yuca fries. Prices are affordable and food is warm and fresh. Recommended 100 %“

“My boyfriend and I couldn’t decide what to eat for dinner - we were going back & fourth between Indian & Italian lol then he said Thai! We googled Thai in our area & this is literally down the road from us. We got the Thai sampler platter, the spicy noodles with chicken and a mango sticky rice. 10/10. It’s definitely my new food fixation. Everything was cooked perfectly. Seasoned perfectly. & the guy who took my order on the phone was very patient and helpful.
