Ordered a bagel toasted dark with cream cheese and got home and it wasn't even toasted. Now, I have to scrape off the cream cheese and toast it. Unacceptable, especially paying through the ass for their coffee!

I think that when you spend your hard-earned money on food, it should meet your expectations or match what was advertised. I've noticed that this place tends to react negatively and become rude when customers express their preferences. For instance, today I ordered a coffee, but it was much darker than I wanted. When I asked for creamer, it didn’t help, so I requested a new one, but it still wasn’t made to my liking, & I'm pretty sure she was bothered so didn't care how it was made. If staff get upset when customers point out that their orders aren’t satisfactory, perhaps they should reconsider working in the food industry. There’s no reason for rudeness; it’s important to strive for better service. Not rocket science, be kind. No one was rude to you, at least I wasn't. God bless!

Been coming to this Dunkin since I moved about three years ago. The service sucks ( minus a few people whom I don’t know the names of). I always get the same thing small iced coconut and the coffee tastes like it’s been sitting three weeks to Sunday, there’s never any flavor, I ask for a lot of cream and the coffee is always dark and tart. It’s 7-8$ every time I go for a large hot and small iced, and they are never good. We were spending almost $50 a week on Dunkin and 90% of the time it’s garbage. I sat in line for about 5-7 min today and no one came to the speaker so I left. Don’t waste your money, make it at home. The owner should do better.

My food came out after 20 minutes just loaded hashbrowns and a coffee, the coffee came out with just ice and cream absolutely no coffee and my hashbrowns came out after 15 minutes then came out cold, and i understand if there was a line there was only me and 2 other customers which left because of the wait, employees just standing around not doing anything. I was severely disappointed by this trip to Dunkin

This Dunkin has more misses than hits. The wait is always at least 10 minutes even with only 1 car in line, their food is put together half ass, and I’ve gotten the wrong food on some occasions. Everytime I get a bagel with cream cheese, I have to ask for extra because they put next to nothing on it if I don’t. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese today, I was given a pumpkin muffin. If the staff had less attitude and paid a little more attention, they’d actually have happy customers.

Getting a coffee before work nearly impossible. 2 cars in line plan on waiting 15min. Place order ahead in app, coffee not made when you get there 20min later. Go up the rd.

I never regret going to this Dunkin because the food is always consistently good. However I do want its management to be made aware - you have a young guy working the drive thru on weekday mornings between 6-7 who comes across as being extremely rude. He literally says nothing (at least me) when I pull up. No hello, good morning or anything after handing over my order such as have a nice day. This makes all the difference with customer retention. I pray every morning it’s not him that I have to deal with! The women who are usually in the drive thru at that time are very nice and polite and actually interact with customers the way they should but this guy (who I’ve heard speaking with coworkers in the background before so I know he’s not a mute) comes across as rude and clearly should not be working a customer facing job if he can’t be polite and courteous to customers! Train this kid to better communicate with your customers or give him the boot! Overall if I didn’t have to deal with this guy I’d have given this Dunkin 5 stars.

Went to this Dunkin', and I was greeted and had fast, friendly courteous service.Location has six tables for seating , the location is clean outside as well as inside parking is available as well as a drive-through service. I enjoyed my coffee ☕️ & ??'s? @ this location.
