Mazzotta's Bakery is a wonderful place to order for any event. Maria is amazing, professional, kind, and caring. She is always willing to go above and beyond to make the perfect cake, even on last minute notice. One customer needed a last minute birthday cake and called at 6pm the night before; Maria had it ready no problem by the next day. She allowed the customer to customize the cake, which was delicious and enjoyed by everyone at the party. Maria also makes gluten free cakes. One customer ordered a gluten free cake for a son's 7th birthday and said it was the best gluten free cake ever—moist, fluffy, and tasty. The butter cream was the perfect sweetness, not too rich. Another customer ordered cannolis and sfogliatelle, which brought back wonderful memories of Italian pastries. Maria bakes with all her heart, and her attention to detail is truly appreciated.
