Place is often closed and never posted on website or when you call. When asked what is up, the owner was rude and passive aggressive that is is posted to social media, which when I checked it was not. It takes 1 minute to update your voice-mail message to say we are closed the week of or day or whatever. Do better at customer service, what a disappointment.Edited for response:As you can see the professional level BB Wings and things conducts itself by reading the response, writing in all caps (shouting) trying defend a position they never claimed to have, if there was extenuating circumstances that is one thing, but if you had time to respond to my email that day, you had plenty of time to be courteous to those that wish to visit your place by updating your voicemail (taking less than a minute) and website to reflect closure. I was pointing out how to provide better customer service, instead you proved you do not care. So be it, and for passive aggressive, I quote "Please note, our social media and Google business page(s) have reflected that we are closed this week. Advance notice was provided." As stated at the time this was not true, the last social post was 7/1/22 when I contacted you a week later.

The BEST vegan chicken I've ever had! Very crispy and flavorful breading that actually stays on, all the sauces are wonderful as well, i got them on the side so I could try everything. The biscuit are great also. 10/10. If you're thinking about coming here, just do it, you won't regret it!

Chicken was crispy and fresh and fried to my delight. I had lemon pepper Big Body wings. And they were so good and tasty, but the didn't come with a dipping sauce. And you had to pay extra for them but its all good I still liked what I was eating and it was very yummy. I can't wait try some other options and see what else they have especially some desserts at that.

Great place with a full regular and vegan menu. You can grab the same items on either side. You can't do that at most places. There are usually vegan options but more of a specialty. This place takes care of the entire family. Very reasonable prices.I wish they would bring their business down to New London. We drive at least 45 minutes every so often just to eat there!The staff is great and very helpful when you have questions about the area or the menu selections. I can't say enough good stuff about B&B Wings and Things!!

I ordered via UberEats the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, wings and vegan blue cheese sauce, vegan chocolate chip cookies and a honey biscuit. I like how you can add a few things onto your order for like $2.50 you can try one biscuit. The sandwich had a lovely puffy roll and generous amount of breaded chicken on it. I got Sweet Heat Thai Chili wings as well and loved the sauce. The vegan chocolate chip cookie was really good too. It was moist and similar to a home-baked-Famous-Amos cookie. My biggest concern is when I was ordering on the UberEats (Android) app I didn't realize not everything was vegan. I am not vegan myself but I love trying meat-less alternative. I thought I was ordering vegan wings and a vegan 'chicken' sandwich. Even as I was eating it I was like 'boy this chicken texture is amazing.' I went back to check my order several times and then I realized they offer both vegan AND non-vegan regular chicken meals and appetizers. So it was my bad assuming they were an only vegan restaurant. I will have order again and make sure I try their vegan wings, sandwich etc... It looks like Grub Hub website makes it much easier to order only vegan stuff if that's what you're after.

Food was amazing. Banana Pudding best ever. Staff was super nice and helpful. Just moved to CT and this will be in permanent rotation. The Teriyaki sauce is game changing. Nothing like it! Amazing! 5star+++++

$7 banana pudding only filled up 1/3. When called the store to complain, spoke to owner who laughed on the phone and acted like I should understand that this item was expensive because it was vegan. He was extremely rude over the phone. Very disappointed.

The vegan wings were so awesome! My husband who is not vegan, said they taste like chicken wings! The mozzarella sticks and biscuits were also really good! Thank you for making such amazing vegan food!!

New to the area and tried this on a friends recommendation. I got the vegan BBQ wings, dirty fries, And honey biscuit. The food is ready quickly and it's absolutely delicious. Make sure you have paper towels handy as it's quite messy! Looking forward to becoming a regular.

An absolute must. Great service, even better food. I used to go weekly when I worked course to the area, and I miss them dearly. The vegan chicken sandwich is incredible as are the vegan wings which can be tossed in your choice of award winning sauces. The vegan mozzarella sticks are also incredible. I could really go on.
