What is going in at the Stores location? None of the take out orders are right. Had to come back 2 min to pick up the rest of my order(my bad for not checking before I left) ugh!! Not sure I need hot haven chicken in my life again
Visited the Middletown ct restaurant. Clean , professional and outstanding southern chicken. The manger was awesome and was very friendly.
I tried Haven Hot Chicken for the first time today, ordered a Tendie Duo Combo Mild. I tried all three sauces and by far the sweet sauce is my favorite; completely changed the game for me when it comes to chicken and tenders at that! The tenders are just about 3oz a piece so juicy & crispy with the right amount of spice. But if you like them hot they have that option too! Haven Hot Chicken offers decent food with a nice atmosphere. The chicken is crispy, juicy, and perfectly cooked, with great size chicken. The medium heat has some heat, providing a really good kick. The banana pudding is beautiful and very good. The Mac n cheese is well done with a nice smooth sauce. Pickles and coleslaw are a perfect counter to the heat. The sandwich is amazing with a massive piece of chicken. Service can be slow if understaffed, but the curbside pick up option is efficient, with orders ready in less than ten minutes. The staff is very friendly, providing a genuine and great customer experience. All around, it’s a great experience with delicious food.
