Ordered pickup through UberEats. Went 10 minutes later to grab my food (which felt light btw) and drove 2 minutes back to work. The food was legitimately cold, but that's not the worst of it. Someone must have accidentally emptied a bottle of salt into one of the ingredients that I had ordered (and I typically love salt) to the point my lips puckered and everything else became flavorless. It was actually disgusting and super disappointing as the burrito bowls aren't cheap. If you plan on eating here, be prepared to throw away the majority of your food because this is one of the many bad experiences I've had at this location (idk why I keep coming back).

Rude, lazy, unhappy employees. Almost always out of more than one ingredient but don’t tell you until after your food is being made. Waited over 40 minutes with no one in line bc they “accidentally” threw away my order and then had to wait for new chicken. One person making food and taking payments with a long line while others are prepping and listening to music. Need more people to serve the guests. Tables always dirty… gave it another chance and waited again 25 minutes. These employees don’t even deserve $5 an hour. Other options around, go next door to Jersey Mikes where the employees are happy to help you.

I would avoid this chipotle location as staff is absolutely horrible (3 bad experiences over 4 months).After knowing such bad service I stop here as it is on way home after kids practice hopping for better experience.Every time they runout of food options and offer no alternatives makes us feel like getting leftovers.My kids even suggested to go to next door Tacobell and avoid this place once in for all.

They are literally always out of food products and the staff is terrible second time I’ve been here and walked out without getting my food due to the staff and there being no food options.

Ordered food online via app.There is no way to fix order if there’s missing items. Their Pepper system is of no use; Chipotle won’t allow you to talk to a live person.Didn’t know order was missing items until getting home (45 mins. OW), could not reach live person to correct mistake.It’s wrong that Chipotle has your money and there is no immediate way to fix missing food.I had to search for way to contact them; only Virtually. There is no easy way letting someone know there’s a problem.

One you must over work these folks, place looks gross. No clean tables, food all over the floor. Secondly, how are you charging for that little cup of dressing in this economy. That dressing makes the meal and its the only thing i like, almost never ate at chipoltle prior to it. Good luck at this establishment.

Chipotle itself is great. This location NEVER has the veggies and every time I have ordered to go they do not add the veggies to the bowl. It’s ridiculous when it’s the main part of a mexican rice bowl???? Incredibly frustrating to order something to go then get home and it’s incorrect.

I like this place very much. I have been eating lunch and dinner often. The quality of food is very good. Only beer is missing. Used to be. Bring beer back please!!! Strongly recommend.

We tried to go to the Chipotle on Washington Street in Middletown Saturday evening April 6th. We were excited to go and had never been before.We left after 10 minutes in line. The garbage was overflowing and people had started to pile garbage on a table next to one of the trash cans. The tables and floor were covered in food. The people behind the counter were rude to the few people in line ahead of us. And most had young children with them that did not need to be spoken to in the demeanor the employees were using. I am so bummed. We have had friends go to other Chipotles and they had great experiences.I am not sure if we will give it another try. Maybe in a different town I guess.We did leave and got lovely friendly service at Jersey Mike's and sat at a clean table. There was a young man washing down tables as people left. Garbage were taken care of and the crew there seemed to work very well together. Will definitely go back there. For Chipotle, you let us down.I hope you do better for other patrons.
