-They are ALWAYS OUT of something!- The trash is always filled or overflowing!- tables are dirty!- I ordered 2 bowls one time and the server mumbled “oh my gosh why?”while they have 6 people behind the line doing nothing, I had to wait 10 minutes to be asked if i was ready to order.THIS IS THE NASTIEST LOCATION!!!!
I don’t understand why this location is always extra busy,. We went on Friday night expecting our order to be ready, but there were a lot of orders ahead of us waiting when we arrived. We experienced this during the pandemic and haven’t gone back until this year. The past few times we ordered via the app we had no issues. This location sucks so bad. Picked up my order and before I left I noticed multiple things missing. Went back inside and they claimed they’re out of all the missing ingredients and clearly could not care less. At least being notified when I pick up my order would have been nice. Went straight to Moe’s after instead.
