Really good, classic NY Italian food - in Connecticut no less! Very family friendly, fun, boisterous restaurant with excellent service and tasty meals. The wine was good too!

Fiore is a favorite lunch spot for our family. The crispy fried calamari is always a hit. This time I had the salmon oreganata. It was a surprisingly generous piece of salmon with lots of garlic and seasoning over delicious broad noodles and broccoli. I would love to see a more eclectic wine menu with some smaller Italian producers and maybe some natural wines from Friuli, etc. But the food and service are always good.

Had reservations thru open table and although restaurant was packed we were brought to our table that was set for 6 immediately.our service was excellent.we had a variety of Italian meals that came hot and delicious.owner of restaurant was on site.could not have been better
I am a soli dinner and go by how I am treated and not just the food. Noticed all other guests were told about specials, I was not. There are more and more singles eating alone and it says a lot about a restaurant, how they are treated. You can tell a lot about the server if they think they won’t get a decent tip from a solo. The food was ok but the whole experience makes me wonder if I will go back.
Not so great – there are better choices nearby. For $50 for lunch for 2 people I expect really good food. We started with complimentary garlic knots. The specials came with soup: a brothy soup with potato and pasta (ditalini a small, tube-shaped pasta) – it was an odd mixture but definitely homemade and the tastiest part of our meal. The lobster ravioli seemed like something straight out of supermarket but it was ok. The eggplant special was awful – it was a huge portion of these super flat probably frozen eggplant strips covered in marinara sauce. I think special meant that they were cleaning out their freezer. The parmesan cheese was kraft and not the freshly grated kind. The service was attentive and good but it really can’t make up for the subpar food.
Food was not very good. Husbands dish was overpowered but sundried tomatoes and my sole francaise was soggy and tasteless. Very disappointed. Good service but the food was …meh
Delicious garlic knots, food and wonderful service. reasonable prices. wonderful atmosphere.
Fiore II is amazing! Yes, amazing! To start, they are welcoming and unpretentious. The bartenders, waitstaff and even the owner are fun and wonderful people. They enjoy what they do and you can see it. The bartenders will make you a great cocktail with a generous pour. Their wines are varied and complement the menu. The food is delicious… really delicious! My wife says it reminds her of the North End restaurants of Boston. We highly recommend you try Fiore II!

Food was good. But apparently they have stopped serving salads ahead of the entrees. ( server said it was because people weren’t eating it. So I’m not sure why they wouldn’t ask ahead of time if you would prefer a salad or not… ) I was completely disappointed as the small side salad was absolutely perfect before the entree. And that was what i was expecting . And the prices have gone up, but you were getting less.( aka NO salad)
I was completely disappointed.
And the service was not acceptable. We were in line for a second glass of wine, but the server never came by. So we were OK with our just one glass And they missed out on some revenue because of that. Is certainly is not how I remembered this place. And frankly, I always consider this my favorite restaurant in Middletown. Probably not so much more. Makes me kind of sad.

I liked the garlic knots but they were kinda mid, not enough bread in it. The chicken parm was overpriced and was good but not 24 dollars worth. Vodka sauce on the chicken fiore was a little off. The service was great

Delicious high-end Italian, attentive to dietary restrictions, and a great place to take family and celebrate.
Dietary restrictions: Attentive to my gluten sensitivity, the gluten-free pasta was very good ?
