Hachi is by far the best Sushi around (even better the other local establishments). The fish is always fresh. The specials are unique. Maggie is awesome and runs a very consistent and quality establishment.
Fresh fish embedded into each roll. I adored the rainbow roll, such a dynamic combination of flavors. Pumpkin-asparagus tempura roll also out of this world. Perfect place. Well done.Vegetarian options: Hachi offers 10 unique and tasty vegetarian rolls, unlike most Japanese bars.

This review is long overdue. Hachi is perhaps one of the best, if not the best, restaurants in the area. I go so often that the manager Maggie knows my order by heart! I always feel respected and welcomed when I go and my food is delicious. I wish they were open on Tuesdays so I could go every day of the week!
