“The food was good, but I don’t know if I would say it was great. We got the soup dumplings, the sample platter, and the pork wonton soup. The dumplings were really good, but the sample platter was a bit difficult because we had no idea what any of them were. The pork wonton soup was good, but the broth tasted strongly of seaweed. If you like seaweed, I’d totally recommend the soup, but not if you don’t. We also all got tea. The tea came as boiling water and a separate tea bag, which seemed strange but was overall fine. Their boba tea was really good. The atmosphere of the place was really nice.“
“It was our 1st time and we were new to all of their menu but we enjoyed the #8 although more meat would've been nice lolBut the lady who served us was nice and it came out quick because there was no line at all.We also tried Boba for the 1st time. (Mango and Cookies & cream) Acquired taste if you ask us.Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily get a wheelchair in and there is plenty of space inside.“
“I was a tad bit confused ordering at the kiosk and I accidently ordered double brown sugar boba, but that maybe was user error for not fully reading? My drink ended up way too sweet due to the confusion. But if I didn't accidentally order double the brown sugar boba, it would have been great. I do reccomend. Will try again.“
“I have no idea how long this place has been open, and I have no idea how I missed it. I live in Rocky Hill and I drive past here daily but I didn't know it was here! I went today and it's so cute; I love the decor. The bubble tea was delicious and the price was just as expected.“
“I have food allergies and dietary restrictions and thankfully they do offer some items that fall into those categories. The restaurant always been super nice and clean. The food is always great. Highly recommend it to anyone going.Vegetarian options: There is only one ramen bowl that is clearly vegetarian. The rest of them have broths that either have some type of protein to enhance the raw flavor or gluten in it.Dietary restrictions: They do have three ramen bowls that do not have shellfish in it. They also can substitute gluten-free noodles.Parking: There is limited parking in front of the actual restaurant but since it's in a plaza, there's plenty of parking there.“
“Such a sweet business. Great fro-yo flavors and lots of good toppings. The boba flavors and drinks are very good and well done. It is always very clean and pleasant inside when I visit. The staff are always very kind and helpful. I would recommend and I will be visiting again!“
“This review is long overdue. Hachi is perhaps one of the best, if not the best, restaurants in the area. I go so often that the manager Maggie knows my order by heart! I always feel respected and welcomed when I go and my food is delicious. I wish they were open on Tuesdays so I could go every day of the week!“
