One of the first things you’ll notice is the space—it is a very large store compared to your typical boba shop, which makes it a great spot to actually hang out rather than just grabbing a drink and leaving. The environment is always impeccably clean, which really sets a high standard for the overall experience.
The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient; they’re always happy to help you navigate the menu if you’re looking to try something new. Most importantly, the bubble tea is consistently fresh. Whether you’re getting the pearls (boba) or the tea itself, the quality is evident in every sip.
Whether you're a long-time fan of their Milk Foam series or just looking for a refreshing fruit tea, this is definitely the best spot in West Hartford to get your fix!

“Loved the tea! I had the strawberry jasmine bubble tea. I’ve had bubble tea from many locations from South Windsor to West Hartford to Hamden and this is by far the best tea I’ve had and the tapioca “bubbles” were fun as always. Definitely worth the try and we will be back.“

“I love this place! I go here minimum once a month and they are the best. The food is so good and always ready quickly. The staff is so kind and helpful with my dietary restrictions. I am vegan and gluten free and they know exactly what modifications to make and always give me extra gf soy sauce packets :)“

“Everything was 10/10!!! All of the staff was attentive, including the bartender who came from behind the bar to assist the waitresses when it got busy. He also made my first espresso martini sweet, just how I like my iced coffees. Will be back again for brunch!“

“Love this restaurant. Dishes are absolutely delicious. Robert and Bella are welcoming and wonderful going above and beyond in making sure you have a delightful dining experience. Both are also so helpful with dish recommendations and our meals came very quickly. They are so friendly and personable and provide exceptional service. We can’t wait to dine there with them, again. Bánh Meee is our new favorite restaurant in Hartford. Thank you! 😊“

“The tea are good with many flavor options however the menu doesn’t specify if the milk tea or milk caps are non dairy even though the associates say so. The apps also doesn’t give users much customization options.“
