Blonde girl behind the counter is very rude. the pizza looked not fresh one bit and didnt bother being seated feeling unwelcoming. I was there with my nephews and neices . I told myself i wanted to support small buisness but they dont deserve my buisness . I was surprised to see 4 star overall rating the family and friends and trying to save the reputation of this pizzeria. stale service and stale looking pizza.

I have good and bad days here and today was not good someone came out yelling because they wouldn't give him the other half of his order without seeing proof it was his witch is obvious it was since he already had half the food then I went to get a small meatlovers pizza and they tried to charge me for each toppings smh never again the only good thing about this is that you get free pizza while you wait from here smh is it worth it depends on who cooks so 👎 👎 👎

My husband works one day a week in Middletown, so he has picked up pizza and/or chicken parm grinders and/or garlic knots. I order extra sauce on everything....and for last few times not only did not get it, but the chicken cutlet was dried out and just thrown on the roll. Tonight I opened the pizza box to find 4 slices of pizza on top of each other and three knots thrown in without sauce! How do u serve knots without sauce?! We don't mind spending good money on pizza but please be better!

The pizza especially is always amazing at Illianos , but I wanted to shout out to the manager Jay who was super patient and understanding when we were a little upset about an order mishap .. he listened and he even comped us on some food when he didn’t need to. Thanks so much!!
For me this place is the best pizzas ever The grandma pizza is a top notch. I ate other pizzas too. They were very tasty and good quality and they are thin slices too

Food was great and the young gentleman at the counter was a sweetheart. My only feedback since I'm a restaurant manager myself, please talk to your counter staff about reading back customers CC info. We were sitting at a table and could hear every digit, CVV, and expiration date read back to the person on the phone he was speaking too. This day in age, people suck and you have to be extra careful
